Blue Ribbon Restaurants: Started with one restaurant and has now grown into 5 different restaurants.

Technology implemented so that high-end multi-colored menus can be produced at each location in order to lower production cost and time. Accounting work centrally located in one office with three employees working on a Peer to Peer network. Utilizing QuickBooks and internet based solutions. Trained users on performing updates and keeping on top of computer related issue so that their computers will work better and longer. The owners require home support also and APIS is on-site to provide these services also.

Provided flow chart analysis/consulting to implement a client server environment with remote desktop services to equalize the enterprise. Load balancing and growth projections into distribution sales of restaurant related products.

Blue Ribbon has a lot of users but with little issues that need to be addressed prior to becoming a larger issue. APIS interfaces with the employee/owner to address all the little issues and project for tomorrow’s needs.
