Dennis Schleppy has
over 25 years leadership experience in various organizational
arenas. He has
an outstanding record of accomplishment as a senior executive
in leading multiple plant/multi-cultural operations for a “world
class” specialty chemical company servicing the pharmaceutical
industry; and a leading security systems company, serving as
President-CEO of the latter. He is known as an innovative strategist,
pragmatic implementer, and an excellent trainer.
His broad-based
technical experience includes ultimate and/or direct responsibility
for organizational functions such as policy
development; recruitment; benefit plans; compensation; performance
planning; training; strategic planning; legal affairs; supply-chain
management; manufacturing; quality control; quality assurance;
and environmental, safety, and health. He also has Board of
Directors experience as both management representation and as
a sitting
board member.
Dennis was educated at Temple and Villanova Universities.
He also graduated from the US Coast Guard Leadership School.
His
continuous executive studies and research includes programs
in performance enhancement, strategic & operational planning,
creativity, organizational psychology, Pharmaceutical GMP’s,
Quality Systems Inspection Techniques (QSIT), ISO Quality Standards,
Baldrige Award Criteria, Corporate Governance and Risk Principles
Management, Six Sigma-Lean Manufacturing, Team Leadership & Development,
and Manufacturing Queue Theory. He is a certified Quality and
Productivity facilitator. |
